Who we are
Go Memphis Tours is a locally owned tour and transportation company at 125 Union Ave, Memphis, TN 38103. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Go Memphis Tours, and "this site" means gomemphistours.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms. On the contact and booking form that is your name, email address, the tour or service you are asking about, your message, and optionally your phone number, preferred date and party size. On the newsletter form it is your email address.
This site does not take payments and does not ask for card numbers. Please do not send card details by email or through the contact form.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets one session cookie. It protects our forms from automated abuse and lets us show you a confirmation message after you submit one. It does not follow you to other sites and is removed when you close your browser. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this page first.
How we use your information
We use your details to answer your inquiry, plan and confirm your tour or transportation, and contact you about the trip you asked about. If you join the newsletter, we use your email address to send offers and Memphis travel tips, and every message will let you unsubscribe.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered by email to our staff. We do not sell your information or rent it to anyone. We share it only with people who help us carry out your trip, such as a driver or a partner attraction when a booking requires it, and where the law requires it. Our website host and email provider process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and booking records as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@gomemphistours.com or call 901-512-4999. To leave the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any message or write to us.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning trips. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
