The content here is for planning your trip and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Do not use the site to send spam, to probe it for weaknesses, or to submit information that is false or belongs to someone else.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on the site are starting prices per person. They are not an offer, and the estimated totals on our contact form are only estimates based on those prices. The final price depends on your date, group size, pickup location and any private or custom arrangements, and we will confirm it with you in writing. Tours, schedules and availability can change, and a tour may be unavailable on the date you want.
Bookings
Sending a form on this site is a request, not a reservation. A booking exists only when we confirm it to you by email or phone. Your confirmation sets out the date, time, pickup location, price, what is included and the payment terms for your trip, and it controls if it differs from anything on this site.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Payment and deposit requirements are stated in your confirmation. Cancellation and change terms for your trip are stated there too. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as you can at 901-512-4999 and we will work with you within those terms.
Admission and third parties
Admission to attractions such as Graceland, museums and cruises is not included unless your confirmation says so. Those attractions set their own hours, prices and rules, and they can close or change without notice. We are not responsible for changes made by them.
On the tour
Please be ready at your pickup time and follow your guide's and driver's safety instructions. Tell us in advance about mobility needs so we can send the right vehicle. We may refuse or end service for anyone whose behavior puts others at risk, and in that case no refund is due for the unused portion of the trip.
Weather and events outside our control
Weather, road closures, attraction closures, traffic and other events outside our control can change a schedule. When that happens we will adjust the route where we can and talk with you about the options if we cannot deliver the trip as booked.
Limits on our liability
We take care to run safe, reliable tours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of personal belongings, and our total liability for any trip is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

This site links to other websites, such as maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts that serve Shelby County, Tennessee.
